Use this page to request deletion of your Eazy Express account and associated personal data.

How to request account deletion

If you have an Eazy Express account, you can request account deletion at any time by contacting our privacy team. This request applies to customer, vendor, rider, logistics partner, and agent accounts created through the Eazy Express website or mobile app.

Information to include

To help us find and verify your account, include the following information in your request:

  • Your full name used on Eazy Express.
  • Your registered email address and phone number.
  • Your account type: customer, vendor, rider, logistics partner, or agent.
  • Any order, store, or wallet reference that may help us identify the account.

We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before deleting data. This helps prevent unauthorized deletion requests.

What will be deleted

After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account where deletion is legally and operationally possible. This may include profile details, saved addresses, preferences, uploaded profile images, device tokens, and optional account data.

Some records may need to be retained for a limited period where required for legal, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, accounting, or regulatory obligations. Retained records will be restricted and handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Processing time

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within five business days and complete verified deletion requests within thirty days, unless a longer period is required by law or because the request is complex. We will notify you if more time or additional verification is needed.

Before you request deletion

Deleting your account may remove access to order history, vendor tools, wallet features, messages, saved addresses, delivery records, and support history. If you have active orders, unresolved disputes, pending payouts, wallet balances, or open compliance checks, we may need to resolve those items before completing deletion.
